"Prospects buy from Salespeople that they know, like and trust. While this is true, don't make the mistake of personally caring whether or not your prospect likes you. If you NEED to be liked, if you have a NEED for your prospect to approve of you, then you will never be able to be strong enough to do what you need to do to get them to respect you and trust you enough to take action. You need to get rid of your "need for approval" so that you will be able to hang in there with your prospect and help them to do the right thing."
